Joe is a licensed Realtor® and St. Louis native, who specializes in guiding clients through the buying and selling process at Innsbrook. His professionalism, market insight, and meticulous attention to detail ensure a smooth real estate transaction, every time.
Joe’s experience is rooted in his Bachelor’s Degrees in Finance with a Real Estate Concentration and Political Science from Texas Christian University and his experience as a commercial real estate appraiser in Houston, Texas. As a commercial appraiser, Joe created opinions of value on land, multi-family, office, industrial and retail properties through a comprehensive understanding of the real estate market.
Before returning home to Missouri, Joe served as Director of Business Development for Berg Hospitality Group, where he helped bring luxury dining restaurants from concept to completion — projects recognized for exceptional service, design, and execution.
Today, Joe brings that same commitment to excellence and integrity to every Innsbrook transaction — combining business acumen with genuine hospitality to help his clients find their perfect property.
